Birth Doula Services: $1600
Supporting your desire for a natural, calm, comfortable birth whether at your home, a birth center, or a hospital.
A doula is a support person that serves your family during your birth by providing education, empowerment, comfort and emotional support.
I’ll teach you how to trust your instincts and have a calm, relaxed birth every step of the way.
I educate and empower your family to make your birth, your birth – so that finally, you can relax. You can feel confident that you have a great support person in your corner and every resource available to you.
Know you are not alone, feel less afraid, and have an advocate for the birth you want. The best time to start is usually after the first trimester. No additional charge for long births.

Early labor support via telephone. In home support during active labor, continuing at your place of birth until your golden hour! - Comfort techniques during labor
Including massage, reflexology, aromatherapy, deep relaxation, position and movement suggestion, rebozo technique and self-hypnosis. - Knowledge and guidance for medical interventions
Utilize my knowledge to help in decision-making, advocating and guidance throughout your birth experience. With trusted experience in hospital birth, birth center, and home births, singles, multiples, VBACs, water birth, and cesarean. My support is continuous no matter how your baby is born. - Birth Photography (optional)

I will stay with you 1-2 hours after your birth to help with your initial breast-feeding and bonding time. I will followup via telephone and can be available for an in-home or hospital visit. I remain available as long as you’ll have me watch your baby grow up and help whenever I can.

- This outline of services applies to scheduled cesarean births as well.
Birth Photography
Birth Photography: $1500
Photos of your birth are PRICELESS treasures that are cherished for a lifetime. I work hard to capture YOUR birth story on film. All photos are taken with a digital camera and given back to you on disk with a copyright release so you can print or share as you wish – you own all your photos!
Birth photography package includes a minimum of 25 edited images (usually many more) to cover your labor experience as well as your birth and those important moment immediately following birth. Photos can be taken from any angle – you decide how graphic you want them to be!
Photography packages can be purchase as a stand alone service, or as part of birth doula services.

Placenta Encapsulation
Placenta Encapsulation: $360 (Tincture add-on: $45)
Placenta encapsulation is a process based on practices of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). This organ nourishes your baby for nine months in the womb. The purpose of the mother ingesting encapsulated placenta is to reintroduce the beneficial vitamins, minerals, hormones, proteins, and other nutrients to her body following labor and birth. Placenta encapsulation offers the mothers an opportunity to put this sacred object to use, and utilizing it to benefit her and her baby.
Your placenta is created by you, just for you. It has been known to:
- help restore a balanced body function
- minimize the “baby blues” and postpartum depression
- increase breast-milk production and quality
- lessen bleeding postnatally and shorten healing time
- increase maternal energy levels
- provide an over-all feeling of wellness
The placenta is packed with healing substances. These hormones, chemicals, iron and proteins are believed to aid in postnatal recovery.
Placenta Encapsulation – $360
Encapsulation of the placenta into pills is the most common way to consume your placenta. I do a Traditional Chinese Medicine method, where the placenta is first steamed to provide warming properties and is also a gentle way to receive all of the wonderful benefits the placenta has to offer!
Tincture – $45
Tinctures are made from a part of the placenta being added to 100+ proof alcohol and aged for 6 weeks. This is a great way to stretch out the longevity of the benefits of the placenta! Just a few drops can help balance hormones postpartum, during your first menstrual cycle after birth, and even during menopause.
